Article 25. The partners will cause low for any of the following causes:
a) By voluntary resignation, communicated in writing to the Board.
b) Failure to comply with financial obligations if they fail to meet 3 installments, if any.
c) By decision delegated to the Board in case the partner is conducting illegal activities or cooperate with associations or illegal or prohibited.
